21 years experience and an eye for detail makes me focus on quality of construction and practical design. I have spent a considerable amount of time dealing with Flag state regulations and can often propose practical solutions to complex problems arising during a construction.
Moving a project through to completion on time and in budget while managing the owners expectations is paramount. Delivering quality through careful onsite management and a structured project management system allows me to give an owner an enjoyable building experience and deliver to him a yacht of which he is proud.
My focus now is to deliver high quality construction on private of commercial charter Yachts at a cost effective price. Using my experience and connections I help to guide an owner through to a successful project.
